A panel of mid-career librarians representing varied sectors will discuss the existential crisis facing many in this cohort. Given the choice between staying put, moving up or moving on, how do we continually find meaning in our work when we’ve been at this a while?
Outcomes:
A call to action for ways to institutionally support mid-career professionals and an opportunity to become inspired by meeting and talking with others in a similar position. This will be an interactive session where participants can brainstorm and make connections with others.
