Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
Despite leaving the profession after my own mid-career existential crisis, I remain interested in the organizational culture of libraries and the personal experiences of librarians as their professional ideals and goals weather extended contact with the realities of libraries as workplaces.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
“Without fear”? Hurray for floating signifiers! But, trying not to be a killjoy, to me it means taking action or making decisions without excessive worry for the possibility of negative outcomes – not mere foolhardiness or impulsiveness, but the ability to effectively gauge reward and risk in any situation without inflating the risk to the point it rationalizes inaction or statis.
