Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
There seem to be an awful lot of very talented mid-career librarians who find themselves increasingly disillusioned with libraries and the profession. If this is true, why does it happen? What factors contribute to the “mid-career crisis,” and what supports and options are available to people who find themselves in it? We seem to think as a profession that moving into administration is proof that you’ve “made it” in the field. What options are available to those who aren’t interested in this career path but still seek professional and personal growth?

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Without fear. The idea that library workers are “fearless by design” seems like a kind of vocational awe to me.
