Description:

Serving patrons in their 20’s and 30’s poses unique challenges and rewards for librarians. We will discuss what we have learned, give examples of successful (and unsuccessful) programs, and share marketing strategies that Orillia Public Library has used for engaging with this overlooked population.

Outcomes:
This goal of this session is to provide strategies and inspiration to help public librarians reach out to millennials in their communities; helping them connect with the library, with themselves and with each other.
