Our panel will discuss Richmond Hill’s Innovative approach to customer service through the application of the 7 values expressed in the library’s Strategic Plan to all aspects of life at the library: development of a common code of specific behaviours, customer service training and recruitment.

Outcomes:
To help bridge the gap between organizational values as defined in print, and values as expressed in customer service; to create a plan for incorporating your library’s values into everyday interactions in all contexts.
