Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I think a customer service initiative based on the values outlined by our organization is crucial in delivering a great customer experience. As well as living the values every day in all of my encounters gives me a more enriched life.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
“Fearless” means not worrying how others judge you.
