This session will focus on strategies for effective branch merchandising makeovers. Case studies of several TPL branches will be presented as well as a selection of the recently released 8 part staff training video series on merchandising collections. This practical workshop will focus on collection analysis as a tool for collection maintenance and display, as well as visual merchandising techniques for different types of display furniture, from gondolas to tabletops.
