Paula has held many positions at Toronto Public Library during her 28 year career. She is currently the Senior Services Specialist for Customer Experience and is a key member of the TPL Branch Merchandising Team. She has a keen interest in how customers use library spaces, and the effect merchandising collections has on customer behaviour. Paula has been involved in all aspects of the branch merchandising makeovers, as well as the creation of the 8 part staff training video series “Merchandising Collections”.
