THANK YOU FOR BEING LATE – An Optimist’s Guide to Thriving in the Age of Accelerations – Thomas L. Friedman. While this is not directly related to environmental design, it is a book that helps to frame the ever accelerating culture we are experiencing and how to understand the nature of and adapt to constant change.
