Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
In preparation for the opening of a new library branch, I was asked to be the lead on designing and implementing an orientation and training program that would support the onboarding of a large group of new recruits. Through this process, I discovered how important it is to hire the right people for the right job and ensure that selected candidates are set up for success right from the beginning.

Taking chances and accepting the outcomes (good or bad) and learning from them.
