Libraries spend a lot on eBooks. I’m interested in reviewing best practices for eBooks and what the best return on investment for them is.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Fearless means pursing an unknown path by asking questions and challenging the assumptions of the status quo to reach a greater understanding and better way of doing things.
