Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I have over 18 years of library experience. Through my own job hunting experience, I want to help other Library Technicians find the job of their dreams.
I am passionate about accessibility and universal access. I love teaching others about accessibility and showing that making your documents accessible is easy and inexpensive.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Fearless is bravery, boundary pushing, and bold. To be fearless, you must be yourself and stand up for what you believe in.

What have you read/seen/listened to lately that you would recommend to your audience (something that would help them to learn more about your topic)?
I created an accessibility help LibGuide for our Library staff. It covers everything I am going to talk about today.
