Readers’ Advisory goes beyond recommending books you love and is more about finding books that others will love. I want all library staff to be able to connect readers with great reads and demonstrate the amazing services that we, as libraries and library staff, have to offer.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Fearless means being able to stand at the top of a long drop and not having your knees knock together before you take the leap.
