Navigating staff conversations can be a challenge. I enjoy helping managers fast track their ability to handle any question that comes their way.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
I think fearless is a combination of confidence, ambition and perseverance. It means trying something new with the mindset “One way or another…I’m going to rock this!”
