Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
We all need to participate in this discourse about underrepresentation, systemic challenges, and marginalization that many ambitious folks face in Libraryland. We need to call things out, call ourselves out, and lead by example in order to learn from each other and make things better.

TLDR: “Nearly 50 percent of men think women are well represented in leadership in companies, where only one in ten senior leaders is a woman. A much smaller, but still significant, number of women agree: a third think women are well represented when they see one in ten in leadership.”
