Description:

Panel of uncommon women talking about common ground: professional leadership. From publications on why higher education doesn’’t see women as leaders to the Paula Principle citing that most women work below their competency levels, this panel will address the inability of our society to acknowledge female leadership without “that girl is a real bitch” branding.

The panelists would like to know what topics you’re hoping they address. Please add your thoughts here.

Outcomes:
Becoming a leader involves much more than being put in a leadership role. Find out way, conventional and unconventional, in which you may grow as a future library leader.
