Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
Libraries are cool and everyone should know it! Why can’t the library be relevant and exciting for millennials? As a programmer I love getting to plan events for 20s/30s, not only because I fall into that demographic, but because it allows me the opportunity to re-invent adult programming. I see the library as place – and EVERYONE should have a place here, so let’s create fun and engaging initiatives for all ages!

Fearless (Adjective) 1. Taking risks 2. Never being afraid of failure 3. A willingness to try new things. 4. Embracing change wholeheartedly.
These qualities are especially important in libraryland as we strive to remain engaging and vibrant hubs in our communities. Let’s be fearless!
