Receiving a large grant from a local community foundation provided the Waterloo Public Library with an opportunity to foster a sense of community and belonging amongst a lost demographic in libraries- those elusive 20-35 year olds. How did we do it? You’ll be surprised by the answer…

Attendees will learn some strategies to help solve an age old problem- how to attract 20-35 year olds as they implement our strategy for creating community at their own libraries.
