Join us as we share and celebrate the results of the project undertaken at Hamilton-Wentworth DSB. The Forest of Reading Red Maple program was integrated into intermediate language programs with the goal of motivating and inspiring Grade 7 and 8 students to rediscover the joy of reading. After a successful first year, it was expanded and an action research project was developed to assess the programs impact.
