Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
In a number of different contexts, I’ve heard from younger professionals that my generation tends to be dismissive of millennials. I thought it would be fun to explore intergenerational relationships, and see if there’s anything new in the interactions between Boomers and the “kids” coming up behind them. Eileen was willing to represent that generation, and so the conversation began!
