Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I have been supervising managers of small libraries for 8 years and I have a good understanding of many of the challenges they face and would like to share some of that knowledge with others.
What does “fearless” mean to you?
For me it means standing up for what you believe, what is important to you, even when it is difficult to do so.
