Ruth Marshall, an actress for over 20 years, is possibly best known for her roles in Degrassi: The Next Generation – as Clare’s mom – and for playing Billy Ray Cyrus’s boss on Doc. These days, she confines her acting to voice-over work. Ruth lives with her husband and two sons in Toronto.
