Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
Melanie Hooker has been working at Community Living Toronto since May 2000. At Community Living Toronto, she has worked in community programs, fee for service programs and residential programs. She currently supervises two programs, in residential and community development.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Being fearless provides opportunity for change and growth. It provides the motivation for me to think outside the box, and look at all possible solutions to any given challenge. Being fearless provides learning opportunities that stimulate needed change.
