Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I am fascinated by collaboration and collaborative leadership; the tremendous potential of collaboration, the art and science of collaboration, and practically how can we collaborate towards achievement of best outcomes. In this area, the opportunity to work with others to explore integration of librarians as part of a research team was compelling as this is an area that has not been widely addressed but is of importance to many.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
