Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
Social media has the potential to broaden awareness and usage of library services, and facilitate closer relationships between libraries and their patrons. I’m excited to see how the social media landscape will evolve as new technologies and methods of content delivery emerge.

I recommend reading Olivier Blanchard’s “Social Media ROI: Managing and Measuring Social Media Efforts in Your Organization” and listening to Buffer’s “The Science of Social Media” podcast.
