Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
UX work is so important because we humanize our users. We challenge our library-centric assumptions and bring colour to the numbers by sharing users’ stories and uncovering themes in their behaviour. We attempt to answer the ‘whys’ which cannot be captured by quantitative data alone.
Finding a job is hard. And everyone has a different library genesis story. I like the idea of bringing people together and sharing these unique experiences.
