Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
Change is the only constant. Have you heard that somewhere lately? I would add communication. Communicating well about a change that might upset some folks can create better outcomes than communicating poorly about a positive change. I’m curious about how we can become better at communicating about and dealing with change, since it does seem to be a constant.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Being brave enough to say “I don’t know.”
