Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I believe community-led approaches make it easier to follow your mission and values, and be accountable. In sharing our toolkit and experiences, we hope to save others time with something they can customize to their needs.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
To me, fearless means trusting others, being comfortable listening to experiences other than my own, and advocating for everyone. If fear comes from the unknown, then the more you discover, the more fearless you become.

What have you read/seen/listened to lately that you would recommend to your audience (something that would help them to learn more about your topic)?
Creating a Community of Evaluation: Taking your Library from Talk to Action. It pairs nicely with community led efforts, with starting points, examples, support.
