What does “fearless” mean to you?
Fearless means stepping out of our comfort zones as librarians and being flexible to our clients’ constantly changing needs and work environments. It also means being open to learning about what our clients interests and research areas are, particularly as special librarians. Being fearless means using our expertise as information professionals to re-define what our profession means today, and advocating confidently on behalf of all librarians.
