Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I’m interested in peer coaching because I’ve experienced its many benefits first-hand. Peer coaching has been the best professional development experience during my career as a librarian. Furthermore, it’s cost-effective (can you beat free?), environmentally-friendly and individualized to meet your needs. These are just a few of the reasons I’d like to see more people practice it!

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Fearless means not being afraid to think outside of the box and try something new. It also means having the courage to share your personal successes, failures and values.
