Toronto writer Ann Shortell is chuffed that Celtic Knot was a 2017 finalist for CWC’s Unhanged Arthur Award for Best Unpublished Crime Manuscript. In a previous century, she was a journalist and non-fiction author. This is the debut of a planned series of Clara Swift Tales.
