Why are you interested in the topic you are presenting?
I am passionate about working with diverse communities and looking at ways to remove barriers and meet the needs of those we serve. Having a sister who has an Intellectual Disability, I know the challenges she faces with her reading and writing and the struggle to find supports in the community. I am happy that I can help make an impact in the lives of this community – in whatever small way that I can.

What does “fearless” mean to you?
Fearless means not letting anything get in your way, even if you are scared, worried or afraid of making a mistake. In the end, you’ll either be successful or learn from your mistakes. But you’ll be glad you tried!
