Mental Health, Addictions and Homelessness issues affect libraries, especially those in downtown or marginalized neighbourhoods. Finding solutions that embrace our desire to be welcoming to all while not scaring off our biggest supporters is difficult. Hear how one community is working collaboratively with many agencies in the community to come up with solutions that look at root causes and not just band aid fixes.
