Description:

Learn how to connect your readers to resources written from Indigenous points of view. Understand new models for learning and inquiry for reconciliation rather than appropriated perspectives. Participants will learn about the power of visual literacy and the transformative impact of land-based learning, community partnerships, and critical thinking.

Outcomes:
To build authentic knowledge, understanding and confidence in participants through exploration and interactive dialogue. To explore resources, perspectives and a model of implementation that has a proven track record of deepening understanding for young readers.
