What do libraries need to do to become not just safe, but celebratory spaces for people of all gender identities? From forms, to bathrooms, to policy, to pronoun assumptions and use, to collections, to images, to language, libraries can be welcome places of belonging, for people of all genders.
Outcomes:
Trans and non-binary people are able to access libraries to find resources, information and community. Compliance with the Ontario Human Rights Code.
Librarians are better able to support gender diversity.
