This presentation provides an overview of user experience research carried out on the University of Toronto Scarborough Library website using both qualitative and quantitative research methods. We will share insights gained from subsequent data analysis and provide takeaways relating to key findings and lessons learned, and how to apply these takeaways to your own UX process.

1. Model sample procedures for conducting usability testing of an academic library website
2. Recommend best practices and application strategies for user experience research
