At Kitchener Public Library we are reaching our customers through new online services meeting customers where customers want to meet. From electronic Readers Advisory interviews through May We Suggest, to using social media to offer recommendations, well discuss how to meet such a personal need, in the anonymous digital world.
Outcomes:
Participants will learn about digital platforms that can be used to support readers advisory services throughout their system.
Participants will learn how to engage customers in readers advisory initiatives, whether in person or while utilizing digital platforms
