Immigrants often experience isolation. The library can play a vital role in cultivating “belongingness” by promoting cultural awareness, and providing learning opportunities for immigrants.

Outcomes:
The session will provide design insight and replicable examples to build staff capacities, programs and services to connect immigrants with their new community. It will discuss implementation strategies and output measurements.
