How a small town went from believing a maker space was out of reach, to having a library coordinated community-wide complete maker space. The space, located at various locations and hosted by a numerous high tech partner organizations, fearlessly bridges the rural digital divide and improves rural digital citizenship.

Outcomes:
Solves the problem of having no money and no space, builds a template for other small underfunded rural libraries, implements a practical solution to lack of resources.
