UX research and improvement can seem impossible when a library has limited means and a lot to accomplish. The speaker will guide participants through easy-to-use, inexpensive UX diagnostic and design methods and tools, and give examples of how they can be used to improve any library’s spaces, services, and websites.
Outcomes:
Build library staff confidence in investigating user needs and wants for services, spaces, and websites, and empower them with the tools to articulate and answer these needs and wants.
