This session will outline the results of an environmental scan about usage statistic solutions available to libraries, and provide the experience of implementing both vendor-based and home-grown tools. Participants will be able to apply these findings to their libraries and learn practical skills and lessons-learned to improve implementation.
Outcomes:
This session will give librarians practical tools to help enable them to solve their usage statistic problems.
