Description:

Supporting student inquiry requires ready access to primary sources and rich learning experiences, now made possible through the use of VR and 3D Image technology. This technology provides teacher librarians with the opportunity to work collaboratively with local archives and museums to create customized virtual collections of primary sources for education.

Outcomes:
– become familiar with virtual exhibits and available V R experiences
-begin to create customized Augmented Reality and VR experiences
– explore the potential of VR and 3D image technology for student inquiry
