Description:

A panel of public library cataloguing librarians discussing their techniques for keeping customers and other staff members happy through fearless cataloging and technical services procedures. Other topics will include, hacking the notes fields, MARC migration, RDA, Linked data, dealing with being in leadership roles, transitioning between different cataloging jobs.

Outcomes:
Build a knowledge base around current practices in the 21st century cataloging environment, change management, librarian leadership roles and customer service practices.
