Michele Melady is a library and information services manager with experience leading teams in client-focused knowledge environments. She joined Toronto Public Library in June 2015 to work on the Library’s strategic plan and to oversee the consultation process. From 2012-2014, Michele was the Manager of Reference & Reference Services at CBC/Radio-Canada. She lives in Markham, Ontario.
