Mark has worked in Public Libraries for over 15 years in the UK and Canada including at Cambridgeshire Libraries and Toronto Public Library. In that time he has obtained numerous sources of grant funding from bodies as diverse as the Arts Council of England, OMTCU, OMTCS and the Seniors Community Grant. These grants have allowed him to plan and implement a number of projects including the provision of library service to homeless LGBT youth; to children in residential foster care homes; recording prisoners reading storybooks for their children and most recently the Memories of Milton project.
