The Julies are Branch Managers at Brampton Library and participants in the Public Libraries Leadership Fellows Program sponsored by CULC and administered by U of T. They are passionate about professional development and are always looking for innovative ways to coach and engage library staff.
The training they provide focusses on soft skills and customer-centric service.
