Cate has been working at the Mississauga Library System for over ten years as a reference and readers’ advisor librarian, specializing in business, social sciences, and science fiction books. For the last four and a half years, Cate has been on the Newcomers Steering Team and working as Senior Librarian at the Meadowvale Library, one of Mississauga’s largest libraries. The Meadowvale Library is located in a neighborhood that has many newcomers to Canada and, in the summer of 2016, will be moving to the newly redeveloped Meadowvale Community Centre.
