This session will discuss a top 10 list of common errors, challenges and issues when cataloguing with RDA. The top ten list of problems will be complied based on submissions from RDA trainers and practicing cataloguers across the country. This conference presentation will provide a welcome opportunity to look at specific RDA cataloguing issues in more depth. For each challenge, presenters will outline the problem, suggest best RDA practice including discussion of example MARC records and provide information about resources for further reading and research on the specific cataloguing issue. This session is designed for practicing cataloguers with some experience working with RDA.
