Chris is the Head of Resource Description and Metadata Services at the University of Ottawa Library. She has been the Chair of the IFLA FRBR Review Group since 2013 and is a member of the IFLA Standing Committee on Classification and Indexing. At the national level, Chris chairs the Canadian Committee on Cataloguing. She is the author of Introducing RDA: a guide to the basics (ALA, 2010). In 2011, she was appointed as RDA copy editor, responsible for rewording parts of RDA to improve its readability. Chris has given numerous presentations on various aspects of RDA.
