Description:

As Public Libraries focus more on the customer experience than collections, the skill-set staff brings to those interactions needs to be enhanced. This session will demonstrate how using the 3 Rules of Improvisational Theatre apply to front line service and teamwork, leading to a positive and innovative culture at your library.

Attendees will learn about the benefits of improv exercises, both for staff development and beneficial effects on customer service.
